I’ve been practicing my 3-second ending poses and honestly... it’s so hard not to laugh! 😂

Do companies actually look at how u end your performance? Should i go for the 'breathless but cool' look, or the 'sweet sunshine' smile? I feel like the ending is what stays in the scouts' minds. How do u guys find your "signature" ending?

I caught myself doing the 'Spaghetti' footwork while waiting for the bus today... and people were staring

Is it just a trainee thing? lol. Like, i can't hear a beat without my fingers moving or my head nodding. Sometimes i even practice my 'facial expressions' in the elevator mirrors when i'm alone. i think my brain has been rewired for debut lol. Anyone else have these "side effects"?

No shade to the title track because it’s a bop, but track #4 and #6 are literally healing my soul. K-pop producers are really putting their whole soul into B-sides lately. What are your 'no skip' albums?

Guys, I literally have a math exam tomorrow but SEVENTEEN decided to feed us. Why is the timing always like this?? I’ve watched the first 5 mins and I’m already failing. Send help or motivation pls.

Lately, my expectations for my own growth are getting so out of hand that it’s actually exhausting. I’ll finish a 10-hour practice and instead of feeling proud, I just scroll through TikTok, see these 'perfect' 14-year-old trainees, and feel like I’m moving in slow motion.

I’ve realized that comparing my 'behind-the-scenes' to everyone else’s 'highlight reel' is a total trap. I need to learn how to stop obsessing over other people’s progress and just focus on my own lane. We’re all on our own timeline, right?

How do you guys deal when the 'trainee fomo' hits too hard? Let’s be real together.

I was cleaning out my bag today and i found: 3 different types of hair ties, a notebook full of messy lyrics, and... a single sock?

Being a trainee means living out of a backpack lol. What are your 'must-haves' for a long day at the studio? i need recommendations for a good throat spray!! Dry throat is killing me...

A friend who just got into a mid-sized company told me that scouts actually do a 'deep dive' into your social media.

Even if your account is private, it's better to delete anything that could look "unprofessional." Keep your dance covers at the top, and maybe hide those 2 AM rant posts lol. They want someone with a clean image. has anyone else started a "trainee-only" account?

i just saw the new MV for an AI girl group and their dance was literally FLAWLESS. no mistakes, no tired faces, perfect visuals 24/7.

it kind of made me scared... like, why would companies train us for 5 years when they can just code a perfect idol? but then i realized AI can't feel the "soul" or connect with fans like we do. what do u guys think?

Am i the only one? lol. whenever i wear my baggy cargo pants and a cropped hoodie, i feel like i'm literally in a music video. but when i wear my old high school gym clothes, my movements look so stiff in the mirror

i know talent is what matters, but "aesthetic" definitely boosts my confidence. what's your go-to practice look? let's share some inspo!

Hey everyone, it’s Jena!

I was practicing in front of the mirror today and honestly, I just had a mini breakdown lol. I’ve been working so hard on my vocals and dance, but sometimes I scroll through TikTok or this board and see people who are already SO talented and "ready."

I’m only 15, but I feel this weird pressure like I’m running out of time? My parents keep asking when I’m going to get an actual audition offer, and it’s so hard to explain that the process takes time.

Does anyone else feel like they’re hitting a wall even when they’re trying their best? How do you guys stay confident when you feel like you're not improving fast enough?

I really need some "trainee besties" to talk to so we can keep each other's spirits up! Let’s not give up, okay? We’re all gonna make it to that stage one day.

Sending love to everyone practicing hard tonight! hmu if you relate!
