I was cleaning out my bag today and i found: 3 different types of hair ties, a notebook full of messy lyrics, and... a single sock?

Lmao the single sock is so real!! I literally found a half-eaten protein bar and a random massage ball in mine yesterday. The trainee life is basically just living out of a backpack, fr. For your throat, you NEED to get a propolis spray! It’s a total lifesaver when the studio air gets super dry. Also, my 'must-haves' are definitely a lip balm and a face mist—gotta stay hydrated or I'll turn into a desert. The weirdest thing in my bag right now? A single ballet slipper I don't even use anymore and like... ten empty water bottles I keep forgetting to throw away. Hang in there! We got this!
i have like 5 different lip balms because my lips get so dry when i sing 💄 lol. for the throat, try the 'manuka honey' spray, it's a lifesaver!
i carry a massage ball everywhere. my muscles are constantly screaming
