A friend who just got into a mid-sized company told me that scouts actually do a 'deep dive' into your social media.
Even if your account is private, it's better to delete anything that could look "unprofessional." Keep your dance covers at the top, and maybe hide those 2 AM rant posts lol. They want someone with a clean image. has anyone else started a "trainee-only" account?
