am i the only one who feels like they’re "falling behind"?

I was practicing in front of the mirror today and honestly, I just had a mini breakdown lol. I’ve been working so hard on my vocals and dance, but sometimes I scroll through TikTok or this board and see people who are already SO talented and "ready."
I’m only 15, but I feel this weird pressure like I’m running out of time? My parents keep asking when I’m going to get an actual audition offer, and it’s so hard to explain that the process takes time.
Does anyone else feel like they’re hitting a wall even when they’re trying their best? How do you guys stay confident when you feel like you're not improving fast enough?
I really need some "trainee besties" to talk to so we can keep each other's spirits up! Let’s not give up, okay? We’re all gonna make it to that stage one day.

Jena, girl, I literally felt this in my soul. Some days I feel like a superstar, but other days (like today lol) I feel like I’m just stuck. social media is a lie—everyone only posts their best 'pass' videos, not the 100 times they messed up.
Just remember that even idols like Jihyo or Seulgi trained for YEARS before they debuted. 15 is SO young! you have so much time to grow. don't compare your 'Chapter 1' to someone else's 'Chapter 10.' keep your head up, you're doing amazing!
Honestly, when i feel like i'm not improving, i just take a day off and watch my favorite idol's debut documentary. it reminds me that the 'struggle' is part of the story! lets hmu in the DMs if u ever wanna vent or share practice clips. we got this, future idol!
