I saw news about 'Sasaengs' following a trainee team to their dorm. They haven't even debuted yet! 😭

It makes me so anxious. I want to be famous for my talent, not have people stalking my daily life. How do u guys stay safe? Do u wear extra masks/hats when leaving the studio? Let's share some safety tips for the 'pre-debut' life.

I was looking at my lyric sheet today and realized it looks like a rainbow. lol.

Blue for breath marks, Red for high notes, and Yellow for "facial expressions" (like 'smirk here' or 'look sad'). I feel like I can't sing properly if my paper isn't organized like this. It’s like my brain needs a map! Do u guys have your own marking system? Or do u just memorize everything by heart?

I tried a "K-pop Stage Makeup" tutorial for my audition tape today, and it was a total disaster! lol.

In my head, I looked like a fierce idol, but without those bright stage lights, I just look like a tired panda. 🐼haha

My contouring looks like dirt, and the "shimmer" just makes me look sweaty. The Australian sun is way too honest for this!

People think my bag is full of cool clothes, but honestly... it’s 90% survival gear. lol.

My #1 item? A tennis ball. I use it to roll out my cramped muscles after a 4-hour choreo session. If u see me sitting in the corner staring into space while rolling a ball under my foot... mind your business! lol. What’s the weirdest but most essential item in your bag? A portable humidifier? A massive bottle of throat spray? Let's swap some "life-saver" tips!

Why is spacing and timing so freaking hard? I feel like I’m doing fine when I look in the mirror, but whenever we film it, I’m always like 0.5 seconds off. It’s so embarrassing. ㅠㅠ

I keep messing up the formations and I feel so bad for my team. Does anyone have specific drills to improve timing or "formation awareness"? I really want to master that sharp, synchronized look, but I’m struggling so much. Would love some advice from the pro dancers here!

Hey guys! Hope everyone’s grinding hard today. So, I started this separate OOTD account just to archive my daily fits and practice outfits, but now I’m wondering if it’s actually worth it for casting.
I’ve heard so many stories about people getting scouted through SNS DM, but do scouts actually look for consistency or is it just pure luck? Does having a clean feed help at all, or am I just overthinking this? lol. If anyone has actually been contacted through IG or knows someone who has, please drop some wisdom!

Honestly, i feel like a Michelin chef when i'm at the convenience store after a 10-hour dance session. lol.

My current obsession: mixing a spicy cup ramen with a string cheese and a soft-boiled egg. It’s like a warm hug for my soul. plus a zero coke because... balance, right? What’s your go-to "cheap but fancy" meal when u're too tired to even chew? Let's exchange some recipes!

I was watching some old 2nd gen fancams and realized how much the industry has changed.

Now it’s all about the 'Vertical' (Portrait) view for TikTok and Reels. As a trainee, I’ve started practicing my choreo specifically for the vertical frame. You have to be so much more precise because the camera is so close! Do u guys prefer the cinematic wide view or the close-up vertical view? Does it change how u dance?

Since I live an hour away from the studio, I spend 2 hours a day on the train.

Lately, I’ve been wearing a mask and practicing my 'intense gaze' or 'soft smile' in the window reflection. Sometimes I accidentally make eye contact with the person sitting across from me and it’s SO awkward lol. But hey, time is money, right? Does anyone else use their commute for "mental practice"? Or do u just pass out and sleep?

I was practicing late last night and started daydreaming about the future... and it got me so hyped! lol.

If we all debut, what is the ONE stage you absolutely dream of standing on?

For me, it’s definitely Coachella! Just imagining that sunset in the desert, the massive crowd, and that legendary energy... it gives me literal chills. Or maybe a solo stage at the Grammys or MAMA? I want to hear that "fanchant" so loud it shakes the whole stadium!

I truly believe that if we keep imagining it and working hard, we’ll actually be there one day. "Delulu is the solulu," right? haha.

So, tell me! Is it a world tour at Wembley? A shimmering stage at a huge music festival? Or a cozy live session like Tiny Desk? Drop your dream stage below and let’s manifest it together!
