Has anyone else been watching Won-ee and Minami's duo trend lately? 🔥 Seriously, in the K-pop industry, nobody can ever predict when or how someone will blow up💀 It’s such a reality check but also a huge motivator to work ten times harder. Since we never know when our moment will come, let’s all keep grinding until we debut! ✊✨

What’s everyone's go-to snack lately? I’ve been obsessed with vitamin jellies and they’re officially my new favorite 😋 Formulated like chewy candy but they somehow give me a massive energy boost! 🔋✨ Eating them at my locker whenever I hit a wall is pure dopamine. Do you guys have any secret practice room snacks to get you through the day? Please share your faves! 🤍

Okay, I need to talk about K-pop fandom culture because it’s so fascinating. Before I got into K-pop, buying an album meant just listening to the CD.

But here? Everyone is obsessed with a 5.5x8.5cm piece of cardboard. 🃏 And now there's 'Top-Kku' (deco-ing top loaders) with stickers and whipped cream glue! I caught myself buying pastel stickers yesterday to decorate a holder for my bias’s photo card. It made me realize: if I debut, MY face is gonna be on one of these cards. 🤯 I need to practice my 'selca' angles right now so my future fans don't get a bad pull! lol.

The bell rings at 3:30 PM, and my 10-second countdown begins.

While my classmates are planning to hang out at the mall, I’m sprinting to the restroom with my giant backpack. Changing from a stiff school uniform into baggy sweatpants and an oversized tee inside a tiny bathroom stall is a literal gymnastics sport. 🤸‍♀️

I eat a protein bar on the bus, tie my hair into a high ponytail, and walk into the dance studio by 4:00 PM ready to stretch. It’s exhausting, but when the music starts, the school stress just melts away. Anyone else living this double life right now?

A friend of mine who made it to the second round at a major agency recently told me that judges are heavily focusing on 'short-form dance lines' because of post-debut TikTok/Reels challenges! While full-shot lines matter, the absolute key is your angles when framed from the waist up, combined with intense eye contact that completely devours the camera.

Because of this, I started using my phone's front camera to tightly frame my upper body, practicing slight delays with my gaze and head tilts—and wow, it makes a massive difference on screen! Don't just look in the mirror; definitely start researching what angles look best on camera. If anyone has a personal cheat code for not looking awkward on screen, please let me know in the comments! 🥺🔥

is anyone else’s company pushing them to the limit lately? ㅋㅋㅋ the choreo lessons have been so brutal that my stamina is literally at zero. every single night on my way home, i pass out the second i sit on the bus and end up missing my stop. i literally woke up at the final terminal yesterday, it was so embarrassing💀 but hey, do you guys think this could be a cool pre-debut story for my documentary later when i actually debut? ㅋㅋㅋ "the hardships of a trainee" vibes. tell me i'm not the only one doing this fr ㅠㅠ

Is anyone else watching KISS OF LIFE’s live MR-removed videos on loop, or is it just me? ㅋㅋㅋ Seriously, Belle’s high notes and Natty’s stability while doing that intense choreo is INSANE.

Ngl, it gave me a huge reality check. I was practicing my vocal evaluation song today and my pitch was all over the place just from doing basic stepping. Seeing them perform makes me realize how high the standard is for 5th gen idols now. The K-netz are ruthless about live vocals these days, so I get why trainers are being extra harsh on us. How do you guys manage your breathing while dancing? Any tips before I pass out in the practice room? ㅋㅋㅋ

I was practicing the high notes for a vocal evaluation tape at 4 PM, thinking everyone was at work.

An hour later, I found a post-it note from my next-door neighbor saying, "Your high notes are great, but please, I work night shifts. No more screaming after 2 PM." 💀 Leave it to K-pop to make u an public nuisance before u even debut. lol. How do u guys practice belting without getting evicted? Should I just sing into a pillow?

I finally cleared out my living room, set up the ring light, and was doing the final take for my ILLIT dance cover.

Right during the chorus, my mom walked straight across the camera holding a pile of laundry and asked if I wanted spaghetti for dinner. 😭🧺 I looked so intense in the video, and then boom—there's my mom. lol. Anyone else struggling with a lack of private space at home? I’m seriously considering renting a proper dance studio, but it’s so expensive here.

I’ve been constantly studying the stage formations of 5th-gen girl groups lately, especially ILLIT and TRI.BE. If you watch their multi-cam or individual fancams, the way they shift formations is insanely precise. They move across the stage so fast, yet you never hear their footsteps and their upper bodies remain completely stable. It takes a crazy amount of core strength. I’ve been practicing in the studio every day trying to make my transitions that smooth and silent.
