Analyzing the insane spacing and formations of ILLIT

I’ve been constantly studying the stage formations of 5th-gen girl groups lately, especially ILLIT and TRI.BE. If you watch their multi-cam or individual fancams, the way they shift formations is insanely precise. They move across the stage so fast, yet you never hear their footsteps and their upper bodies remain completely stable. It takes a crazy amount of core strength. I’ve been practicing in the studio every day trying to make my transitions that smooth and silent.

Studying 5th-gen stage formations is a huge 'Lightbulb Moment' because it proves that true 'K-pop sharpness' comes from hiding the messy work under complete upper-body stability.
