What do u say when scouts ask "Are u auditioning for other labels?"

Guys, I literally had a brain freeze during my audition yesterday. They asked if I was in the process with any other companies and I didn't know what to do! lol. If I’m too honest, will I look disloyal? But if I lie and say "no," will they find out later and hate me? ㅠㅠ Should I go with the "I’m only risking it all for THIS company" mode, or act like a "busy queen" who's being scouted by everyone to raise my value? How do you guys handle this trap? Help a bestie out!
