fr tho, talent is nothing without the right attitude ๐Ÿ’ฏ

iโ€™ve been reading the columns on this board lately and itโ€™s honestly such a reality check. we all obsess over high notes and dance breaks, but i'm starting to realize that being a "good" person is what actually makes a star last.

at the end of the day, talent gets u in the door, but your character is what keeps u there. i'm gonna focus way more on being a supportive teammate and staying humble from now on. definitely feeling more grounded after reading this. anyone else feel like their mindset is shifting?

this hit so different. we always hear about idols getting into scandals because of their past, and it just proves that character is the ultimate insurance for your career. staying humble is the real flex.

This is 100% the tea. Weโ€™ve seen so many talented idols get canceled in a second because of their past or bad attitude. Talent is a gift, but character is a choice. Glad youโ€™re feeling grounded, itโ€™s honestly the only way to survive long-term.

Say it louder!! You can be the best dancer in the room, but if no one wants to work with you, youโ€™re not debuting. Being a "supportive teammate" is a skill in itself. Iโ€™ve started focusing on that too, and it actually makes practice so much less toxic. โœจ
