Can we talk about how Korean producers use English words in the most satisfying way possible?

As a native English speaker, when I first got into K-pop, some lyrics sounded grammatically illegal. Like, "I'm super shy, super shy" or random catchphrases that don't make total sense in a Western pop song.

But after studying K-pop production, I realized it’s pure genius. Korean producers don't care about perfect grammar; they care about "Phonetics & Rhythm." English words with crisp consonants like 'P', 'T', or 'Ch' sound so much punchier when mixed with Korean vowels. Now, when I write my own audition raps, I purposely twist the English syntax to match that bouncy K-pop rhythm. It slaps so much harder.

Exactly! It’s all about the 'textual texture'. It doesn't need to be a Shakespeare poem, it needs to be a HOOK.
