Had a lesson today on choreo formations and moving in sync with a group, and I was literally a mess. 😵‍💫 I kept bumping into people and forgetting my "spot" the second the music sped up. It’s so much harder than just dancing solo! How do u guys memorize your blocking without looking like a lost puppy on stage? My brain is officially fried. 🧠

I keep seeing "Axis-Fixed" lenses all over my feed because so many idols use them for filming. Apparently, they don't rotate so your eyes look perfect even during intense choreo! 💃 I’m thinking of getting a pair for my next evaluation video. If u’ve tried them, do they actually stay put or is it just hype? Drop the brand recs if u have any! ✨

I noticed that the most popular members in new groups aren't necessarily the ones hitting the highest notes.

It’s the ones with the "Husky" or "Whimsical" or "Airy" voices that go viral on TikTok. 📈 Companies are looking for "Vocal Texture" now. Should I stop trying to sound "perfect" and focus on finding my "weird" voice? What do u guys think is the "Trendiest" vocal style right now?

My agency is SUPER strict about showing the studio background or our outfits before they're "official."

I just wanted to show my "O-un-wan" (workout done) progress to my friends back home, but my manager saw it. 👮‍♂️ Does your label have a "Social Media Ban" or do they let u post as long as the location is hidden? I feel like I'm living in a high-security prison sometimes. lol.

Guys, I finally did it! I hit that high note that’s been haunting me for months during vocal practice today. 😭 My throat felt so clear, I almost screamed in the practice room because I was so hyped. But the joy didn't last long... the moment I started dance practice, my brain literally went blank.;;

I thought my body remembered the choreo by heart, but maybe I was too high on that "vocal win" energy? I totally forgot my formations and where my feet were supposed to go. ㅋㅋㅋ My coach was like, "What is wrong with you today?" and I almost died of embarrassment... ㅠㅠ

I guess life is fair after all. Is it an unwritten rule for trainees that if you gain one skill, you have to lose another? ㅋㅋㅋ I’m so happy about the high note, but now I’m already stressed about merging it with the choreo. My brain is officially on overload. Has this ever happened to u guys? Please tell me I’m not the only one who glitches when focusing on one thing! ㅠㅠ

We had a "Feedback Session" today and I burst into tears because the critique was so sharp.

Later, I saw my face in the mirror and I looked like a mess. 🤡 If I ever debut and win #1, or have to do a sad acting scene, I want to cry like an angel. lol. Is there a trick to 'controlled crying' or am I just overthinking?

I’ve been watching the music shows lately and noticed idols are moving away from the "panting" look.

Now it's all about that "Zero-Effort Chic." Like, u just finished a crazy choreo but u look perfectly calm and just give a subtle smirk. 😏 It's so much harder to pull off! Are u guys practicing your "Calm Endings" in the mirror? How do u hide the fact that u're actually dying for air? lol.

I have to push my dining table to the corner just to have enough space for a simple 8-count.

And the worst part? My parents walking in while I’m practicing my "Idol Smile" in the hallway mirror. 💀 The SECOND hand embarrassment is real. Does anyone else have a "secret" practice spot, or are we all just domestic ninjas now?

results came out today and my bestie got #1. i’m happy for her, but i also felt that weird, bitter sting in my chest. i felt so fake smiling while secretly being jealous.

i was spiraling until i read the Star Bank Daeppang column about "healthy mindsets." it made me realize that being a real star is about having the character to celebrate others even when u feel low.

jealousy is a literal soul-sucker, so i just bought her a latte and we’re good now. fixing my attitude felt like a bigger win than any rank tbh.

how do u guys deal with the "green-eyed monster" during evals? let's stay healthy together fam.

I really thought being a trainee in Seoul would be like a movie—walking through Hongdae and getting scouted every 5 minutes lol. Reality? I spend 14 hours a day in a basement studio wearing the same baggy sweatpants for 3 days straight. My only 'drama' is whether the water dispenser is empty or not. 💧😂 Is it just me or did we all get scammed by the aesthetics?
