so my parents gave me an ultimatum: if i don't get into a company by the end of this year, i have to focus on SATs and forget about kpop. π the pressure is REAL. anyone else having a 'time limit' from their parents? how do u guys stay calm?

Iβm literally crying reading this because Iβm in the exact same boat. My parents keep telling me that K-pop is just a 'dream' and that I need to face reality and focus on my studies. Itβs so stressful when you feel like the clock is ticking, right?
But hey, don't let that pressure break you! I try to think of it as a 'now or never' motivation to practice even harder. Whenever I feel like panicking, I just record my dance covers and look at how much Iβve improvedβit reminds me why Iβm doing this.Β
Omg, I have the exact same 'time limit' here in NZ. π³πΏ My parents are like, 'Focus on your NCEA (NZ exams) or it's over.' lol. Itβs so stressful, but I try to use that pressure as fuel to practice even harder. We still have a few months left, so letβs give it our all. Don't let them get in your head!Β
