Honestly, I feel like Iโve hit a huge wall and Iโm just spinning my wheels lately. ๐ง Iโm practicing 10+ hours a day until my bones ache, but when I look in the mirror, I don't see any "glow up"โjust the same old me. Itโs so frustrating seeing everyone else's highlight reels while Iโm stuck in this endless loop of "not good enough." Is this just part of the grind, or am I losing my spark? Need some major motivation boost from my fellow dreamers right now. ๐ญ
Muscles don't grow while you're lifting weights; they grow while you REST and recover. Your brain needs time to process those moves. Give yourself a 1-day breakโyour 'glow up' might be waiting for you after a nap!
I totally feel uโthe 'plateau' is actually the hardest part of the grind. Just because u don't see the 'glow up' in the mirror today doesn't mean it's not happening. Your muscles and brain are leveling up behind the scenes! Don't let those highlight reels fool u, everyone has their 'ugly' practice days.
