Don't buy those cheap multi-panel mirror stickers from Amazon...

Since I don't have a full-length mirror in my room, I bought those cheap acrylic mirror stickers and glued them to my wardrobe to monitor my choreo.

Worst mistake ever. The lines between the panels make my body look completely disconnected. When I do a wave, my torso goes left but my hips look like they’re in another dimension. It’s messing up my body isolation practice so bad. lol. How do u guys setup your practice mirrors at home without breaking the bank? Or do u just use the window reflection at night?

That distorted reflection is the ultimate enemy of body isolation; investing in a single, solid full-length mirror is a logic-driven necessity to accurately track your sharp lines and core strength.

Using the night window reflection is actually a classic trainee hack, as the dark background highlights your upper-body stability and screen awareness without the awkward cuts of cheap stickers.
