Title: From a "Frozen Robot" to actually enjoying auditions?!

My first audition was a total disaster—I was so nervous I acted like a literal robot, and I still can’t forget the judges' cold faces! 😭 But honestly, after doing a few more, it’s almost becoming addictive. I love feeling myself get better with every try, and that "click" you feel when you finally connect with a judge is the best high ever! My goal is definitely to get that trainee contract, but I’m just so happy that I’ve learned to enjoy the process itself. What was your first audition like? Do you guys have any favorite "breakthrough" moments?

My first audition? I forgot my 15-second intro and just stood there staring at the camera for like... 10 seconds of pure silence. I wanted to vanish! But now, I just tell myself 'I'm here to perform, not just to be judged.' That was my breakthrough.

Judges' cold faces are the ultimate boss battle lol. Once you realize they're just humans who are tired from a long day, it gets easier. My breakthrough was when I actually made a judge crack a tiny smile during my dance. Best feeling!

A 'Frozen Robot'?! Mate, that was literally me at my first audition in Sydney! 🤖 I forgot my own name when they asked, lol. But you're so right—that 'click' when you finally lock eyes with a judge and they nod... it's the best feeling in the world. So glad you're enjoying the ride now!
