Title: Audition in March! Should I go with my parents or solo? πŸ€”

So, I’m finally hitting up some auditions this March (so nervous but excited!!), but I’m stuck on one thing: Should I let my parents come with me, or should I just go alone like a pro?

On one hand, having them there would be so much less stressful. They can hold my bag, give me water, and honestly, just having a "human shield" against the nerves sounds great. lol.

But on the other hand... what if I feel more pressured? Like, if I mess up a move, I’ll feel their eyes on me from the waiting area. 😭 Plus, I want to show the judges that I’m independent and ready for the "dorm life" away from home.

Tbh, if it’s your first big one, having a 'human shield' is actually a smart move. You need to save all your energy for the 30 seconds inside the room. Let your parents handle the 'water & bag' logistics!

Companies don't really judge you for bringing parents, especially at 15! 🏠 They actually like seeing supportive parents because it means less drama later with contracts.

If you're worried about 'their eyes on you,' tell them to wait at a nearby cafe!

if you're worried about 'dorm life' vibes, try having them drop you off and wait at a nearby cafe.
