Sharing my agency’s monthly evaluation system! Is there a huge difference between mid-sized and Big 4?
Looking at trainee forums, everyone literally loses their minds whenever monthly evaluation season comes around lmao. At my mid-sized agency, we prepare one dance song and one vocal song, and perform them live in front of three trainers. We get written feedback on the spot, which I think is pretty organized! For those under different agencies or the Big 4, how do they decide who gets cut, and what does your evaluation routine look like? ⚖️
Honestly, mid-sized can be better because they actually focus on your individual growth rather than treating you like a number on a spreadsheet. Keep killing it, the system you have sounds super solid!
