Not all white T-shirts are the same!
If you’re filming a dance audition, the "White Tee + Denim" look is classic, but be careful!
- Transparency: Check if it’s too see-through under bright lights.
- Neckline: A high crew neck can make your neck look short in videos. Try a slightly wider neck to show your "line."
- Fabric: If it's too thick, you'll look stiff. If it's too thin, it'll stick to your skin when you sweat.
I spent 3 hours at the mall just to find the "perfect" audition tee lol. Am I being too dramatic, or do u guys also obsess over these details?
Omg I thought I was the only one! 😭 I literally carry a ring light to the store to check the transparency.
Cotton blends are the best. They hold the shape but still let you move!
V-necks are also good for making your face look smaller!
OMG, you are literally speaking my language right now! I thought I was the only one who spent an entire afternoon obsessing over the "perfect" white tee, so this is such a relief.
People think it’s just a "plain white tee" but the wrong fit can totally ruin your lines on camera
you’re NOT being dramatic at all!! 😭
honestly, people don’t realize that the "simple" look is actually the hardest to pull off. i literally did the same thing at Orchard Road last week—tried on like 20 different white tees just to find one that doesn't look weird under the studio lights.
