My voice is literally CRACKING after vocal practice... help

Hey everyone! I’ve been going extra hard on my vocal lessons lately, but my throat is honestly giving up on me. I’m already chugging warm water like a maniac and keeping my humidifier on 24/7, but the raspiness just won't go away once I push my range.

How do you guys take care of your voice? Are there any "holy grail" tea brands or throat candies among trainees? Also, if you have tips for vocal warm-ups that don’t strain the vocal cords too much, please share! I’m so frustrated because I can’t practice properly. Help a girl out!

Have you tried 'Straw Phonation'? Blow bubbles into a half-full water bottle through a straw while humming. It massages your cords from the inside out. It's a lifesaver!

Trainee holy grail? Traditional honey citron tea (Yuja-cha) or 'Throat Coat' tea! Also, try 'Propolis' spray before and after practice. It’s like a shield for your throat.

Oh no, please be careful! 😭 I’ve been there, and vocal nodules are a trainee's worst nightmare. Have you tried 'Manuka Honey'? It’s a literal gift from Australia/NZ for the throat. Take a total vocal rest for a day—no talking at all, mate!"
