Greek yogurt with frozen berries and a drizzle of honey is my absolute lifesaver! Itโ€™s high in protein and satisfies my sweet tooth without the 'sugar crash' during dance practice.

The 'Sweet Potato + Soy Milk' combo is iconic for a reasonโ€”itโ€™s the perfect mix of slow-burn carbs and protein. It keeps me full for hours even during a 4-hour choreo session!

Iโ€™m living for the 'Tofu noodles' (Dubu-myeon). You can find them at any mart, and they satisfy that pasta craving without the carbs!
