IDLE x skaiwater was the collab I never knew I needed

Okay, but can we talk about how well their voices blend? The aesthetic of this MV is literally everything. It’s so different from their usual concept but it feels so 'them' at the same time. I’m actually obsessed with the vibe. Go watch the official MV right now!!

OMG guys, did you see ATEEZ’s new 'NASA' Performance Video that just dropped?! I am still recovering from that bass. ATEEZ really said "the sky is not the limit, it’s just the beginning."

First of all, the energy is 100/10. The choreography is so sharp, I felt like I was getting hit by the 808s myself lol. [00:46] The lyrics "Shoot for the stars like NASA" are so catchy—I’ve been chanting it for the last hour.

OMG guys, did u see LE SSERAFIM performing in NYC for New Year's Eve?! 🥳

first of all, their energy in that cold weather was 10/10. performing 'Spaghetti' live while doing that insane footwork is actually humanly impossible lol. the way they stayed perfectly in sync even on an outdoor stage... that’s the "trainee standard" we should all aim for!

and 'Crazy'?? the crowd was screaming so loud! i especially loved the dance break part. you can tell they were genuinely having fun, and that made the performance 100x better.

i noticed how they all made eye contact with different cameras without missing a single beat. if u want to see what "pro-level stage presence" looks like, u NEED to watch this full set.

who else is inspired to go practice right now? i’m definitely doing 100 more reps of the 'Spaghetti' leg moves today!

omg guys... i just watched IVE’s new comeback music video and i am literally shaking. 😭 how do they keep getting better every single time?!

the concept is so unique—it’s like a mix of 'elevated royalty' and 'modern vintage.' and can we talk about Wonyoung’s intro? her facial expressions are literally a masterclass for all of us trainees. i’m taking notes right now .

Also, An Yujin’s styling?? she looks so powerful. the chorus choreography is definitely going to be the next big dance challenge. it looks simple but the rhythm is so tricky... i need to start practicing it ASAP so i don't fall behind lol.

which member's styling was your favorite this time? and is anyone else already learning the point dance? let’s talk about it!!

hey guys!! did u see jennie’s performance at the 40th golden disc awards?! i am literally obsessed. 😭

she performed 'Filter', 'Damn Right', and 'like JENNIE', and can we talk about the transition?? it was so smooth. [03:50] her stage presence is just on another level. she looks so confident and relaxed, which is exactly the vibe i want to have one day.

the intro for 'Filter' was so aesthetic [01:02], and when 'like JENNIE' started, the whole crowd went crazy. [05:47] also, her outfit?? 10/10. she really is the "it girl" of kpop. 💅

if u want to learn how to control your facial expressions and energy on stage, u HAVE to watch this. i’ve already rewatched it like 10 times today lol.

what was your favorite part of the set? let me know!! 🔥💖

hey guys!! i just watched the behind-the-scenes of blackpink’s [DEADLINE] tour in bangkok and i’m literally sobbing. 😭😭

watching lisa go back to her hometown always hits different. the video shows them being so excited to be back in thailand, and rose even mentioned how they have so many core memories there because they visited so early in their career. it really felt like they were "back home."

can we talk about the stadium though?? it was massive and so beautiful. seeing them perform 'rockstar' and 'shut down' in front of that huge crowd... wow. As a trainee, seeing that kind of energy makes me want to practice 10x harder.

the girls looked so happy and the chemistry between them is just goals. it’s moments like these that remind me why i want to be an idol. it’s not just about the fame, it’s about that bond and the love from the fans.

Agencies prefer originality—so instead of imitating existing idols, showcase your authentic personality and unique talents.

✅ 2. Strengthen Your Fundamental Skills

Focus intensely on vocal control, accurate pitch, clear pronunciation, rhythmic dancing, and solid rap skills.

✅ 3. Build Confidence Through Practice

Regularly practice performing in front of others or recording yourself. Confidence and stage presence are as important as your technical skills.

✅ 4. Keep a Clean, Professional Look

Maintain simple, clean styling that highlights your natural charm and talent. Avoid over-the-top makeup or accessories.
